Branching Out Dubuque

PAST PROGRAMS

Iowa Initiative For Sustainable Communities (IISC)

Each year, University of Iowa students team up with local Iowa leaders to work on real-world projects, delivering valuable services to communities. Students engage in partnerships with one or two Iowa communities, addressing the needs of their partners. Collaboratively, cities and students co-develop up to 15 different projects, tackling various issues and deliving high-quality work to Iowa communities while offering learning opportunities for the next generation of community leaders.
